It is that time of year when our students big and small are excited about Halloween! Whether they admit it or not, we know they love to do cultural and holiday activities in our classes. The best part about being a foreign language teacher is that we get to do that fun stuff all the time. Why? Because it is CULTURE!
Here are some activities that I would use with my students around Halloween to have fun, as well as learning by using their vocabulary, adjectives and grammar. They are called Mon Animal De Fantaisie and La Sorcière.
These are fun ways to get students to be creative with the French language by using the verb avoir, colors, numbers, body parts, adjectives, etc. These are a great way to still have students be productive on a crazy class day due to all their excitement for Halloween!
