10 March Activities to Keep Your Students’ Minds Engaged

10 March Activities to Keep Your Students' Minds Engaged

One of my all time favorite things that I have done for myself as a teacher is having easy, fun and no-prep activities on the ready. These activities are always ready to go if I need them and the students love them! Whether I am having an off day, need a break or the students need a shift in pace, these activities are great for changing the mood of the class.

The perfect time for these activities is… you guessed it…the year of March! Oh… I mean month.

The month of March always seems to go on forever! It is just a LONG month with really nothing to pull us through (i.e. no days off but maybe a conference day for us 🤪).

An easy way to get through March is making it fun! Finding fun things to do with students like celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day, the first day of spring and just getting them up and moving with some fun games.

Here are some of my favorite go to activities during the month of March to keep myself and my students motivated:

  1. Avalanche
  2. BRAVO
  3. Chair Game
  4. Choice Board
  5. Flyswatter
  6. Roll 6
  7. Stations Activity
  8. Video Worksheet
  9. Saint Patrick’s Day Bundle 🍀
  10. Rencontres Jeu

Looking ahead? Check out my French Earth Day Activity, April Fool’s Day Bundle and French Easter Activities Bundle.

What do you do to make it through the year of March?

As always, I hope that you have found this information useful and helpful to you! 💜

Merci,

Amanda
